Sales Pricelist
Manage Sales Pricelist
Set Pricelist, assign to project and discount will be automatically applied.
For Project, refer to this video to learn how to create a pricelist for a project without discount.
For Maintenance, refer to this video to learn how to create pricelist for a project with discount and 0% SOI.
Make sure the following settings are set properly:
| Navigation: | Sales > Products > Pricelist |
| Price Rules > Product Category: | Choose the product category for this pricelist so that all items in this category will have the discount applied. |
| Price Rules > Compute Price: | Percentage (discount) - In your case, it's always percentage discount. |
| Price Rules > Percentage Price: | Percent discount to be given |
| Configuration > Discount Policy | Select "Show public price & discount to the customer". For your case, you must select this option so that percent discount will be shown on product item line. |
Note: A special function is built so that once the pricelist is selected, the products will be limited to the selected pricelist category. This is to prevent users from selecting unrelated products from other categories.
Under Project, select:
"Sales Pricelist" for "Quotations/Sales Orders"
"Invoice Pricelist" for "Invoices"
"VO Pricelist" for "VO Claims"
